Ronald Blackburn Moreno is President and CEO of the ASPIRA Association, the only national organization dedicated exclusively to addressing the educational needs of Latino youth. He has over 40 years’ experience in K-12 and higher education, 20 of these at colleges and universities in Puerto Rico.
Ronald is a fierce advocate of education polices that benefit Latinos at Congressional and Federal Agency levels. He is a long-time member of multiple Latino organization boards, as well as various corporate advisory boards.
