Any non-profit and/or community organization whose principle function is to serve the Puerto Rican community with operations/offices in multiple states can qualify at this level.
National Alliance Organization Members in good standing receive twenty (20) voting delegates to represent the organization at the NPRA Biennial Convention. In order to be in good standing all Individual Members are required to work actively in at least one action committee and follow the by-laws and resolutions of the NPRA.
